What is included in the Membership?
All in person and online Zumba classes are included in one monthly price. And as an extra perk recordings of virtual classes are sent out to the members directly to take on your own time throughout the week.
I'm new or travelling through, can I just drop-in if I don't wish to join?
Absolutely, Beginners and "new to us" are welcome to drop in to any class, anytime. Drop-ins are $12, Seniors $10.
What is the process of cancelling or placing my membership on hold?
You can cancel anytime, we require a one week notice for cancellations to take effect. To cancel, just send us an email. For our snowbirds who need to pause memberships, send us an email with the date you need to pause and we will pause until you come back in the Spring.
Do you take credit cards at the studio?
No, we take cash or check or Venmo but you can purchase a drop-in pass on your smartphone right here through the website.
What if I still have punch passes left, do they expire and can I still use them now that you have switched to a membership?
If you still have punches in the system, they do not expire and can be used anytime until they are gone.
How do I log into the punch pass system to check my punches?

I logged into punch pass but I can't find me?
You may have initially created an account with a different email. The system tracks you by your email.
How do gift cards work if I pay online?
If you wish the gift card to be mailed to you, just use your mailing address for the order. If you would
either like us to mail to the recipient or be held at the studio, just shoot us a quick email after the order is placed and we will follow your instructions as to how to send. We send gift cards with any message you like, just let us know.
